The fear, or expectation, of what you are most afraid of is an illusion that you have held onto so tightly that it really just needs to be let out.
How do you let that out?
You allow it, like the tear that you are holding onto so tightly, resisting its expression, because you are afraid that it will overcome you and be bigger than you can handle.
The longer you hold that the more toxic that unexpressed energy becomes.
But once you let go, and you allow it to just go where it wants to go, you let the air out of that big illusion and discover it letting it out was actually no big deal.
